Local artist Jake Mensinger painted two murals for rsc’s milestone event. read about his works and process below!
“I wanted to paint something that showed RSC’s process and end goal of helping improve lives internationally. I designed two murals that tell a story as you walk from inside the door to the heart of the building. It starts with a truck leaving the home office in Canton, Ohio, recognizable from the hot air balloons and iconic Pro Football Hall of Fame bridge, to our various logistic partners. They are depicted loading a plane and a ship, and the journey ends with the plane and ship landing at an island. This island is a thriving community, which RSC has played a role in developing, through providing necessary items including: laptops for school children, solar panels, hospital supplies, and wells. I’m hoping that these murals will remain as a constant reminder of both the vision and impact that RSC works towards every day.”
