All incoming cargo is removed from shipping boxes and inspected for accuracy and quality. This early inspection reduces unnecessary volume and allows us to identify and resolve potential issues before items move forward.

After inspection, items are logged into REACH, our customized operations management system. Each product is recorded with an itemized cargo receipt and cataloged to align with our shelving system for precise inventory tracking.

Once all project items have been received, our team creates a detailed picking list, retrieves items from storage, and consolidates them into a single shipment—improving efficiency and reducing shipping complexity.

 Smaller shipments are packed into cartons, while larger shipments are secured on custom‑built, heat‑treated pallets to meet international safety standards. During packing, all items are recorded on an RSC Packing List and verified again for quality and quantity.

Final shipments are sealed using metal binding and security tape to minimize tampering and theft. Each carton or pallet is labeled with customized shipping information, then weighed and measured to ensure accuracy and compliance.
