
Founded on May 20, 1983 in New York as International Procurement Agency (USA) Inc.—with early global reach via affiliates in the Netherlands and Uganda—we opened a Crofton, MD office in 1987 to support emergency and humanitarian aid. In 1993, we relocated to Canton, Ohio, later adding our first on‑site Quality Control Center in 2010 and, in 2012, introducing a value‑add supply‑chain model with interactive project mapping. We became Reliable Supply Chains (RSC) International, Inc. in 2018 (part of The Reliable Group), and in 2020 moved into a new state‑of‑the‑art facility—three times larger—while opening an on‑site QC Center at Amsterdam Airport.
