Jeremy Jagger is the Program Coordinator for the Client Services Group at Reliable Supply Chains. Since joining the company in 2017, he has been a key point of support for clients, ensuring programs run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication stays clear and proactive. Jeremy works closely with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable service and practical solutions that support long‑term partnerships.

Liz Houck is the Operations Coordinator at Reliable Supply Chains, having joined the team in 2021. She plays a central role in keeping the business running efficiently, overseeing administration, finance, marketing, and day‑to‑day operations of the building. Richard Henry joined Reliable Supply Chains in 2025 as a Project Associate with the Client Services Group. In this role, he supports project coordination efforts by assisting with ordering items, preparing custom documentation, and managing the logistics that keep projects moving forward. Richard helps ensure each client project is accurate, well‑organized, and delivered smoothly.
