Reliable Supply Chains International, Inc. strives to be a reliable partner to the international development community by offering a value-added total solution for their supply chain management needs, including procurement and global logistics. From needs assessment to after-sales support, RSC creates and manages the supply chain, providing the best value for money solutions. Through our experience and expertise, we are able and committed to delivering cost-effective strategic solutions to support our clients’ goals.


In 1983, Reliable Supply Chains (RSC) first opened in Crofton, MD doing business as International Procurement Agency, Inc (IPA). Originally, the company focus was providing relief supplies, development goods, and international logistics to support emergency and ongoing humanitarian aid efforts abroad. Later in 1993, the U.S. Office relocated to Canton, Ohio where it has remained ever since.
As the company grew and technology developed, their role evolved to further support day-to-day field office operations, which led to IT equipment topping the list of most commonly supplied items. In 2010, the company added permanent representation in Washington, DC to support the growing list of clientele located in the city, and opened an onsite warehouse at the Canton location. The onsite warehouse offers an increased level of pre-shipment services, including: inventory control, asset management, quality control inspections, consolidation, and customized export packaging.
For over 40 years, RSC has been assisting U.S. Federal Agencies, NGOs and commercial clients with a variety of procurement needs. Our extensive experience and logistics network ensures your procurement team will receive cost-effective solutions, with the highest level of customer service.
